Our clients feel more connected with their mind and body as a result of a consistent practice. Wanting to feel clearer and calmer? Build strength and flexibility? WAVE TO WELLNESS SESSIONS
These classes combine mindful meditation, breathwork, slow flowing movement and deep stretches, to increase participants flexibility while also calming the mind, leaving individuals feeling physically relaxed and mentally at ease after their practice. Give it a go, a gentle introduction to mindful movement and meditation
With a very short breathing exercise at the beginning designed to get you centred, followed by a sequenced flow, these classes are a little more dynamic than the slow flow but are still designed for any fitness level. Opening and stretching the body and mind forms the foundation of this practice.
