Once you have entered your members log in information you are able to scroll through the full library of classes at your own will.   

There is a choice of two styles of classes, Slow Flow and Yoga Flow, as well as a range of different Breath Meditations. 

No previous experience needed. The classes are designed to suit any entry level. But if you are new to Yoga I would suggest starting with the Slow Flow classes. 

There is an option to reset your password below the members log in details. 

 Yes it is super easy. Under the Account section in the Members Dashboard there is a subscription heading. You can press cancel on the subscription anytime and you will only be charged for the month you have paid for.   

 The Slow Flow and Yoga Flow classes vary between 20 and 30 minutes in length. The Breath Meditations are between 5 and 10 minutes long.
