OUR services

YOGA

Our clients are of all ages and skills levels. Some are trying yoga, mindfulness and meditation for the very first time, others have been practising for years. Classes can be chosen from the online library. Our yoga classes are 20-30mins in duration which makes them accessible for those that are time-poor. 

RETREATS

Escape the noise and impulsivity of the city for a mindful retreat that distracts you in all the right ways. Canoe, Horse Ride, Glamp, Star Gaze, Bushwalk, Yoga and Meditate in the secluded mountains of Wave Hill Station under the Guidance of locals and trained mindfulness facilitators.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Wave to Wellness has four very unique accommodation options plus camping on the beautiful property of Wave Hill Station located on the banks of the Clarence River Gorge. Book yourself a truly magical and mindful outback experience.

PUBLIC SPEAKING

Wave to Wellness offers interactive workshops and insightful keynote presentations that endeavour to help participants mindfully manage stressors that are associated with everyday life.

MEET THE FOUNDER

I started practicing yoga as a means of overcoming a number of Cardiac Issues that I experienced in my late 20’s. To cut a long story short I was lucky enough to survive a massive cardiac arrest that happened in 2014 while I was out on my morning run. Fortunately, a lady (the wonderful and life saving Valerie) saw this, stopped and was able to perform CPR on me and I was revived. This turn of events started my personal Journey with Yoga as a student and eventually a teacher that is passionate about sharing my teachings with others who are looking to incorporate Mindful movement into their lives to enhance their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
